Withdraw from your contract

If you bought as a consumer (in the UK or the EU), the 14-day right to cancel applies to a subscription: if you cancel within 14 days nothing is charged, because the first payment is not taken until day 15. For a one-off product (such as an Echo report, a one-off Studio or Pro analysis, a Decision Pack, a Brief Builder or a tool), you can withdraw while it is still being checked, before it has been released to you or downloaded. Once you have it, there is no change-of-mind refund, as you agree before paying. If it is faulty or does not match what we described, we will put it right or refund you, and your statutory rights are not affected. You do not have to wait for any automatic refund. Use the order number from your confirmation email (it looks like AP-ABC234) and the email address you used. There is no required form: you can also email echo@acoustaplot.com (or echo-support@acoustaplot.com) with any clear statement that you withdraw, plus your order number.

We do not count our own internal checks as supplying a report to you. If your report is being held, it has not been supplied to you.

This is different from cancelling a subscription so that it does not renew. To stop future renewals only, use Cancel your subscription.

We email you straight away to confirm we have received your statement, and tell you the time we received it. You do not need to give a reason.
