AcoustaPLOT exists to close that gap — not by replacing the acoustician who does the serious work, but by answering the question that comes before appointing one: is this actually worth worrying about?
Real physics, not a category
Every figure Echo shows comes from the same statistical method — Sabine/Eyring — and the same speech-clarity standard, IEC 60268-16, a consultant would reach for first. Not a quiz that sorts you into "good", "okay" or "bad".
Honest about its own limits
Echo says plainly where a prediction stops being enough and a measured survey starts. Pretending otherwise would make the number less useful to you, not more — so we don't.
Built to be used on site
In the room, on a phone, tape measure still in hand — not back at a desk after the moment to check has passed.
Where Echo sits
Echo is the first product under the AcoustaPLOT name — room acoustics: reverberation, speech clarity, and what to do about it. It won't be the last. The same approach — a real engine standing in for the fortnight of not knowing — applies just as well to environmental noise and to what passes between two rooms, and both are on the way.
None of that changes what Echo is for today: one room, sixty seconds, a real answer.
